Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate and value your support of shopping our store.

Our ONLINE Return Policy lasts 14 days. Your returned item must be postmarked within 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Your returned item will be credited in the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not been washed, worn and must contain all original tags may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days. All returns are subject to manager’s approval.

All custom, special orders, sale items, food, personal care items (masks/lotions/hand cremes/bath and shower products etc.) and Gift Cards are not exchangeable or returnable.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hedgesdesigns@yahoo.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange for a different size, please call us as soon as possible for availability. Our Phone No: 440.247.2344.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over $100, using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance is required. It is not guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.

Hedges has the right to deny any items that do not meet our return policy.
